Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and consistent attendance is important for the effectiveness of therapy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a late cancellation fee of $45. If you miss an appointment without providing notice (no-show), you may be charged a missed appointment fee of $45. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the need to discuss the continuation of services. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at my discretion.
