Have Questions?
We’ve put together answers to the most common questions about our counseling, consulting, and leadership services. Our FAQs are here to give you clarity, save time, and help you feel confident as you take the next step with Evolve.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes, I accept insurance. For details, please refer to the Grow Therapy website. If you prefer to pay privately, I’ll guide you through the available payment options.
Q: How much does therapy cost?
A: The fee for therapy is $120 per session. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. You may also pay via Cash App or directly through this page.
Q: What kind of issues do you help with?
A: I support individuals dealing with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anger management, relationship challenges, couples counseling, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Each session is personalized to align with your unique needs and goals.
Q: What is therapy like?
A: Therapy is a confidential and supportive space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll work on developing coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and fostering personal growth in a way that’s meaningful for you.
Q: Who are you best positioned to serve?
A: You’ll get the most out of therapy when you actively participate in the process. The purpose of our work together is not only what happens in session, but how you take what you learn and apply it to your life. I may suggest things you can do between sessions—like reading something meaningful, journaling about specific topics, noticing your thoughts and behavioral patterns, or taking small steps toward your goals. Starting therapy means you’re ready to create positive changes, stay open to new ways of thinking, and take responsibility for your own growth.
Q: Is there an age requirement for services?
A: Yes, clients must be 18 years or older. Individual sessions are not available to anyone 17 years old or younger.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or do not attend your session, a $45 fee will apply.
This policy helps ensure that time is honored for both you and others who may be waiting for an opening. Thank you for understanding and respecting this shared space.

A: Many clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency depends on your needs and schedule. We’ll create a plan that works best for you.
Q: Is therapy confidential?
A: Yes. Everything you share is kept private, with the exception of rare legal or safety situations, which I’ll explain clearly before we begin.
Q: What can I expect the first session?
A: In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a safe, supportive space to explore what brings you to therapy. We’ll also complete an initial structured assessment to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals. This helps guide our work together and tailor the support you need. You’re welcome to share at your own pace and ask any questions along the way.
